How can I keep a check on my weight?

Maintaing weight is as important as losing wieght.
You can keep a check my following simple methods like
Everday when you are going to get dressed for work, job, university before putting your clothes on stand infront of the mirroe and look at yourself .
Look for places where you think there is extra skin and fat popping out.
Look for any stretch marks(appear due to gaining weightt)
Look for the prominences you can apprecite.
Than turn around and look for same things.
After that you should check for various body measurements. You dont need to do this everyday .
Check for waist size, Hip circumference, Bust size and keep a record of these.
Next step , Is to weight yourself .. Remeber to stand still, straight with no shoes on .
And write it down in your personal record.
Finally , put on your clothes on.. Your clothes size for example jeans waist would give you a signicant idea about your weight.
